How to Register as a Patient

New Patients and the Practice Area

We will only accept new patients living within the Practice boundary area – see map below.

If you have any doubts please ask the receptionist.

Personal Lists and Rights of Patients to express a Preference of Practitioner

When you register at Fishguard Health Centre you are not assigned a doctor, you have a right to say which doctor you would prefer to see and we would encourage patients to see their usual doctor for a more personal service, particularly if it is an ongoing problem.

However, if you require an urgent appointment or your doctor of choice is away on holiday, study leave etc you can see any available doctor.
