Home Visit Requests

We think that we can offer a better examination and a wider range of services in the Health Centre than at home. However, if you are housebound or medically too ill to attend surgery we would be grateful if you could request a home visit before 11am. Home visits are normally done between the morning and afternoon surgeries unless very urgent.

Please understand that the receptionist will need to ask you several questions so that they can inform the doctor. This is not to be obstructive but so that the information can be given to the doctors to decide on the degree of urgency of the visit.
