Smoking

Stopping smoking is one of the best things you can do for your health and can also save you money. You are up to four times more likely to succeed in stopping smoking with support rather than trying it alone.

Alcohol misuse is when you drink in a way that's harmful, or when you're dependent on alcohol. To keep health risks from alcohol to a low level, the recommendations are not to regularly drink more than 14 units/week.
